I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on my refund. I understand these things can take a little time, but it’s been longer than I expected and I’d really appreciate some reassurance or an update that it’s actually being processed.

The communication was an absolute nightmare. I had to message multiple times just to get a basic answer, and when they finally replied, it was so short and unhelpful that I almost laughed out of frustration.
It really felt like once they had my order, they basically disappeared into thin air. I was left feeling ignored and annoyed the whole time, and I definitely wouldn’t put myself through that again.

So, yeah, my order ended up showing up late, and the tracking was, like, barely updating the whole time. I did reach out to support, and they replied, but they didn’t really explain much, so I was still kind of left wondering what was going on. The product itself was okay once it finally arrived, but the delivery part just made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I ordered a piece from Cavaletti Collection mostly because I really liked the color in the photos, but when it arrived, it was much darker and kind of dull compared to what I expected. I know screens and lighting can make colors look different, so I’m trying to be fair about that, but this felt like more than a small difference.

The quality itself seems fine, which is why I don’t think it deserves the lowest rating, but I was still disappointed since the color was the main reason I bought it. I think it would be really helpful if they added more real-life photos or customer pictures so people can get a better idea before ordering.

I’m usually complaining about size charts being off, and I complain about it every time, but this one was spot on. It fit just right, which was a nice change because I’m so tired of guessing sizes and having to deal with returns.

Got my order confirmation without any issues, so that part was easy enough. Now I’m just waiting to see how the delivery goes, hopefully it’s not one of those ridiculous shipping delays.

I found what I needed really quickly, and checkout was simple without any confusing steps. that’s the main reason I’d keep coming back — if it ever got clunky or frustrating, I’d probably look somewhere else.

I reached out to customer service twice and both times the replies were super short and didn’t really answer my question. I even included my receipt and the email details so they’d have everything they needed, but it still felt like I wasn’t getting any actual help. Frustrating overall.

Just a quick warning for anyone looking at this, it’s nice overall, but the sizing was definitely smaller than I expected. If you’re between sizes or like a little extra room, I’d probably size up.

The description was close overall, so I can’t say it was totally off. That said, I’m someone who pays attention to the little details, and a few things were missing or not fully explained. Not a huge issue, but I do expect the description to be a bit more complete

The style is nice and the designs are decent overall, so I was happy with the look at first. I just came away feeling a little dismissed when I had questions, which took away from the experience a bit.

The order tracking was mostly clear and I could usually see where my package was, which was helpful. Just a heads up though, one of the updates came in late, so I wouldn’t count on it being perfectly real-time. The package still showed up when expected, so overall it was a good experience.

My order arrived packed really nicely, at least from what I could tell. Nothing looked bent or scratched, and the box felt sturdy enough. Everything inside was neat too. I can’t say if it’s always like this, but mine definitely seemed like they handled it with care.

I’ve browsed cavaletticollection.com a few times now, they have some really nice stuff. But every time I find something I actually like, it’s either out of stock or only available in random sizes. The site itself is easy to use, so that’s not the issue. It’s just frustrating when the inventory feels so hit or miss. Not a bad experience overall, but yeah, kind of annoying

I wore these for the whole day and they were really comfortable. They did feel a little snug at first, so there was a short breaking-in period, but nothing too annoying. Kind of like when you get a new jacket and keep checking if it actually fits right, and then by lunchtime you forget you’re even wearing it. Overall, I’m happy with them

I ordered from Cavaletti Collection and, reading between the lines, I think the photos made the material look a little more luxe than it actually is. It’s not bad at all, and it does look nice when I wear it, but up close the fabric feels a bit thinner and less soft than I was expecting. For the price, I’d say it’s fine, just not anything amazing.

It showed up in good shape. The box had a small scuff, but nothing major. The product itself was fine. It works like it should. I’m happy with it overall.

I was browsing Cavaletti Collection because a couple of pieces caught my eye, I went in thinking I might find something worth buying.

Some of the items did look nice, but once I saw the prices, I kind of lost interest. They just felt higher than what the products seemed to be worth, I didn’t really see enough quality or uniqueness to explain it.

I’m sure some people won’t mind paying those prices, but for me it felt a bit unfair and disappointing. I didn’t feel comfortable spending my money there...
